It is not made local!

Giving a souvenir tends to become a norm of Thais when they come back from any trip. Lots of souvenir shops are all over tourist spots. My thought is the products in each souvenir shop should differ in accordance with its local resource.

Going back to Bangkok from Rayong with the whole of my MA classmates, the bus stopped by  a place where we can get some snacks to home. I was a bit surprised to see the vendor rounds up verious kind of poducts from all over Thailand to sell here! Such a shop is supposed to offer something local since each province has its own remarkable procuct. Not only this shop, but also countless ones in our country I have ever seen…it ruined my mood of buying.
